These general contracting conditions will expressly regulate the commercial relations that arise between The Owner and Registered Users who make purchases through the Website.

1. Orders
All our prices are in Euros and in accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price.
Validity of prices and offers: The products offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they are in the product catalog displayed through the website. Prices are valid except for typographical or computer errors. Users are requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors.
The Owner reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of purchase or unless manifest typographical error.
The Owner reserves the right to reject an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or there have been problems in the payment of previous purchases.
When marketing products by weight, the minimum weight of each product will be determined on each product sheet according to its nature.
2. Obligations of users

3. Shipping methods and costs
All orders will be placed through the MRW agency.
The shipment of our products is carried out through special transport that guarantees that the product will be received by you in the best conditions for consumption.
Order receipt is always before 1:30 p.m., so we recommend being at the delivery address before that time. In the event that he is not at home, a notice will be left for you to pick him up at the corresponding transport company office.
Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays and holidays. The company is not responsible for shipments requested for deliveries on non-national holidays.
The sea pantry cannot know the holidays in each location and therefore it will be the customer's responsibility to know the holidays in the delivery location.
Shipping costs are free on orders over €120.
For orders less than €120, shipping costs are €9.91 when the delivery option is selected from Tuesday to Friday and €12.90 when the delivery option is Saturday.
Balearic Islands: Shipping costs €24.20 for deliveries from Tuesday to Saturday.

4. Order confirmation
User consent: It will be understood that the user accepts the specific conditions of that order by clicking the “Confirm order” button.
Once the purchase has been made, the customer will receive an email confirming the operation carried out.
5. Withdrawal, returns and guarantees
To maintain a perfect cold chain from our facilities to the address specified by the customer, our products are sent packed in a special expanded polystyrene box for food, duly approved.
The Owner guarantees the freshness and quality of all its products. Therefore, if the product does not comply with what was agreed in the order or there is any incident that prevents its consumption, the customer will have a period of 24 hours from receipt of the order to communicate the incident detected, clearly and in detail explaining the reasons for its non-conformity, accompanying the evidence at its disposal. In any case, since these are short-term consumer products, the customer's right of withdrawal will not be contemplated once the order has been placed.
If in any case the return is accepted by the Owner, the order will be returned through the courier indicated by the Owner in the same conditions as its delivery. If a product other than the one requested by the client is delivered by mistake by the Owner, it will be removed and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer or the amount paid will be credited, according to the client's preference. Likewise, in the event that there is a delay in receiving the order or loss in shipment, the Owner will deliver an order with similar characteristics at no cost or the amount paid by the client will be credited.
Art. 123 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), which establishes a period to respond for lack of conformity from its delivery nor the period in which the consumer must report the lack of conformity because they are both periods shorter than the normal consumption of these products and because the Owner cannot verify that the reason is not due to incorrect use by the consumer.
According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of March 16 November, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to (among others):
d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
In relation to this section with the User's request, he gives his prior express consent with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.
According to art. 116 of the (TRLGDCU) on the conformity of the products with the contract, it is stated that: 1) Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in conformity with the contract as long as they meet all the requirements expressed below: a) They conform to the description made by the seller and possess the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model. b) They are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended. c) They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product (...) In any case, we indicate that the photos of products shown may vary in terms of sizes, color, appearance, etc. in a normal way because they are natural and non-manufactured products. The purpose of the photographs will be guidance for the consumer or presentation suggestions, without under any circumstances assuming contractual images.
